AL HOFFMAN

Al Hoffman and his wife, Diana, moved to Port Charlotte in 1992 from Akron/Canton Ohio. Al worked in Water Reclamation Facilities in both Punta Gorda and North Port. They joined New Day in 1997 when it was First Christian Church of Port Charlotte.

They have four boys that are all married. Their children have blessed them with a total of 13 grandchildren.

Al retired in 2015 and spends most of his free time serving his church. Al enjoys working for God and for God’s people.

DEACONS:

Each New Day Elder is an overseer of specific worshippers and has Deacons that are available to help and walk alongside their flock. Elder Al Hoffman and his Deacons Dave Goepfert and David Mills oversee New Day members whose last names begin with A through CO.

1 Peter 5:2 says, “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, serving as overseers”.
