JAMIE HAZELTINE

Jamie Hazeltine is the Port Charlotte Student Pastor. In this role, he is responsible for leading students grades 6-12 in their relationship with Christ. His goal is to walk through life with the students and help them navigate all that comes with being a teenager in today’s world and make disciples who make disciples!

Jamie graduated from Atlanta Christian College (now Point University) in Atlanta, Georgia, with a degree in Biblical Studies, with an emphasis on youth ministry and Christian education. After graduating college, Jamie came back home, to Port Charlotte, to work in the community he grew up in. From 2009 until 2023, Jamie was a Middle School Teacher in Port Charlotte, working with exceptional students and working as a Physical Education Teacher.

Jamie is married to Melody, and they have four children. His hobbies include all things sports but he really enjoys watching local high school sports the most. Go, Pirates!
