We are taking great steps to create a safe and friendly environment for your children as we re-launch our children’s ministry.
If you plan to attend this weekend, June 20th and 21st, here are some important practices you can expect to see:
1. Classrooms will be limited to 10 children.
2. Before entering the building for check in, each family will be asked a few health specific questions and each person’s temperature will be taken with a no touch thermometer. Per CDC guidelines, we will not check in a child if they or any family member have a temperature greater than 100.4°F. check in stations will be sanitized between uses. Only one adult per family will take the child(ren) to their classroom.
3. Leaders in each classroom will wipe down surfaces during and after each class using the provided sanitizing wipes and disinfectant. Gloves and masks are made available to our leaders and they are given the option to wear a mask or abstain from wearing a mask.
4. Snacks will not be served in children’s environments during this phase of re-launching Kid City.
5. The cry room is not available to parents currently as it is undergoing construction
6. Lesson material and parent activities will be sent home with each child and made available on the Children’s Ministry Blog also.
